Tent Rental Policies

When you rent a tent from Elite Tent Rentals, we promise to provide you with the best service, the lowest prices and the cleanest tents in Northeast Wisconsin. In exchange, we ask our customers for the following:

  • We require a deposit of 50% to hold your reservation and final payment must be received upon setup. Please alert us to any changes to your order a week or more in advance of your event.
  • Customer is responsible for calling Digger’s Hotline (811 or (800) 242-8511) in advance of the event to ensure tent site is properly marked (could require 72+ hours advance notice – so call early!!). If no lines are marked, Elite Tent Rentals is not responsible for repair if it is hit. Stakes go into the ground up to 3’ depth.
  • We promise to setup the tent properly and securely, however once we leave the site,customer is 100% responsible for tent safety and security as well as any damages caused by tent including personal injury.
  • Please treat the tent as if it were your own – and return it in the same condition in which we left it
  • Please have the site clear before we arrive as well as when we come to pick-up your tent.
  • We must be allowed to drive our pick-up truck directly to the site (within 10′ of the site) as we have many heavy supplies. If this is unacceptable, an additional charge must be added for carrying items from the street/parking lot.

When you reserve a tent, we will send you the full contract that you must sign and return with your 50% deposit. The list above covers the main points, but is not all inclusive.
